Privacy Policy

This policy describes how StockPicker (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Stock Picker mobile game distributed on Google Play. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Gameplay and device storage. The app runs gameplay locally and may store save data and progression on your device (for example via the operating system’s app storage).
• Optional online account (Google Sign-In). If you choose to sign in, Google’s sign-in service may share an authentication token with our backend so we can recognize your account. We do not receive your Google password.
• Game statistics and leaderboards. If you are signed in, we may process gameplay-related statistics (such as scores tied to your account) to provide cloud features like leaderboards. Display names shown on leaderboards may come from your linked account profile or a default label.
• Technical data. Third-party services we use (see below) may process technical or operational data needed to operate sign-in, cloud services, analytics required by those services, and fraud or abuse prevention, as described in their policies.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to operate the app, provide optional online features (such as account-linked leaderboards), maintain and improve reliability, and comply with law.

3. Third-party services

The app may rely on services operated by third parties, including:

• Google (Google Play, Google Sign-In) — Google Privacy Policy
• Microsoft PlayFab (cloud game services) — see PlayFab / Microsoft privacy documentation for the region and product configuration you use

Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at the email below and we will take appropriate steps.

5. Retention

Local save data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear app data. Cloud-side account data may be retained as needed to provide services and as required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information processed through our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

• You can use much of the app without signing in; optional cloud features may be unavailable offline or without an account.
• You may be able to revoke app access to your Google account through your Google Account settings.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this page and update the “Last updated” date.
